To optimize insulation performance under extreme voltage stress, our engineering team applied advanced 3D electric field simulation technology. The core utilizes premium low-loss grain-oriented silicon steel and staggered conductors to effectively reduce eddy current losses and maintain extremely low no-load loss levels.
The transformer successfully passed full factory testing, including long-term induced voltage tests with partial discharge (PD) measurement. Fully compliant with IEEE C57, ANSI, IEC, and CSA standards, this unit ensures high operational safety, thermal stability, and long-term grid reliability under demanding transmission conditions.
