Against this global backdrop, Sichuan Yawei, supported by the long-standing technical foundation and industrial experience of the Yawei Group, is advancing a major milestone in its development: the construction of a new manufacturing base in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, which is currently progressing at full speed.<\/p>\n
The Chengdu manufacturing base represents a key step for Sichuan Yawei in expanding its presence in Southwest China, strengthening its service capability for global markets, and actively participating in international infrastructure development, including projects related to the Belt and Road Initiative.<\/p>\n
Planned to officially commence production in June 2026, the Chengdu facility will significantly enhance Sichuan Yawei\u2019s manufacturing capacity, accelerate delivery timelines, and improve its ability to provide customized power transformers up to 35kV, while leveraging group-level capabilities that support transformer production up to 500kV.<\/p>\n
